The Master of Education (M.Ed.) Degree in Teaching is a degree program designed to provide advanced professional studies in graduate course work for persons who currently hold teacher certification and who are committed to excellence in grades 2-12 teaching. The M.Ed. in Teaching is a 36-hour program designed for classroom teachers who have earned an initial teaching credential or its equivalent and who wish to continue their professional development through graduate education.
